Revez - Solar Energias Renováveis Lda

Revez solar installed a 5kW autoconsumo solar system on our property in 2018. Some minor work was left unfinished despite promised to get fixed. The following months I had several technical questions: no response. Then I was wondering why my electricity bills are still so high and I finally installed an energy meter myself. Turns out, that Revez did not organize with EDP to get the correct energy counter installed. So my electricity production was billed as consumption! Resulting in a damage of >1000 Euros. Furthermore it turned out, that the M2M SIM card for the production meter was not installed. I was left to fend for myself with one of the most unresponsive and hard to deal with companies, EDP, by myself without assistance. Confronted with the situation I received from Revez, guess what: no response.This is one of the worst and most unprofessional companies I dealt with in Portugal.
