Very bad experience. I strongly advise against this establishment. We had phoned the reception in the morning to find out if we could book a table at the hotel's pool restaurant and then enjoy the pool. We were told that the restaurant did not require a reservation and that we could then enjoy the pool. So we consumed and left a respectable bill of 300 euros at the pool bar-restaurant. Then once the meal was over and the children in the water we were simply forbidden access to the pool. We were shocked. We offered to pay for access to the pool so the kids could continue playing... No solution was possible. In the end: they will agree to take your money, but will make no effort to welcome you to find solutions in case of problems. This is indicative of the standing of this establishment and their ability to satisfy their customers.
