Im always looking forward to Fiona’s sessions. She has an unmatched ability to know where stress and tension reside in my body even if I don’t feel it at the time. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology is remarkable and this makes it really easy to explain what my specific problems are for that day/session. Fiona also always remembers all the unique battles that I might be dealing with whether that is sport specific/lifestyle stresses or due to an old injury, this really relaxes me knowing Im getting a personalized session tailored to my needs on the day.One of the best feelings is coming out of a session feeling like a new person. Im only ever aware of how much tension I carry in my body after a massage session, because its only afterward that I feel completely relaxed and refresh.
