RUDE
I’ve worked in hospitality for years, been a waitress myself- and I can say I’ve rarely seen such complete disregard for the concept of customer service. From the moment we arrived (a group of 11) the two waitresses working the shift made faces at us as if annoyed that we’d come and want to consume to support their business! When they eventually arranged seating for us inside after fussing around with the tables and telling us to get out of the way, they kept telling us we were in the way even though we weren’t doing anything (just standing/sitting down), and kept giving us orders where we could be and move around. They made us feel unwelcome and as if we were a burden to them instead of the fact that we were their customers! When I asked to write in the complaints book the manager told me I could write in the book as long as I got out of the restaurant? And then the other waitress followed me outside and started arguing with me that I was the one being unreasonable and rude. Ironically the staff live the name- Rude. Can’t say anything about the wine it was great! Shame about the terrible customer service, not going back here that’s for sure :(
