Extremely quick, efficient and expert bike technical support:In the middle of a 400-km bikepacking trip with a friend, I had problems with my breaks, which we were not able to fix and were affecting our plans.We went to BikeSul and their expert technical support was fabulous:With a welcoming smile, they interrupted work in hands, gave us immediate attention and quickly fixed the problem.We couldn't believe it - after just a few minutes we were back on the road with a fully-performing bike.Wow! It seemed as if we had been through a Formula 1 pitstop!
