in june 2023 i asked E&V to calculate the value of our appartment at de marina Portimao for selling in short time. I was pleased that the price they think tobe possible was very good.they startet with a professional photografer and a nice discription in advertisement on internet of all sites, where buyers were looking for. in twoweeks there are multiple visits resulting in 3 offers. wherefrom one the askingprice, what we accepted. The contact with them was very good. and they were a great help tofinish the selling with the lawyers and in 6 weeks the buyer handed over the check! i would recommend this agency, as we had very good and fast communication on professional way.
