Otis Algarve - Serviço

We have issue in Portugal Algarve, Alvor building where Portugal Otis has worked almost 6 months to one small elevator project and still elevator in not in use or no information when it will be.Otis Portugal has claimed various external reasons and excuses why they have failed time after time and even Portugal country management is giving false promises, but still keeping client money.I’m thinking that Portugal management of Otis is enjoying this case, as they do not deliver, but made profit on customers expense.Portugal management (Country & regional) named persons have sword time after time that this week elevator will be in operation and Otis will move people. Nothing has happened in last 2 months. Portuguese management should be ordered to deliver or alternatively replace this local management as clearly they are not up to standard what Otis is claiming from their staff.My conclusion is to advice people to avoid Otis in Portugal and source their elevators from other companies as clearly Otis can not deliver, but will openly take clients money and relay that customers are too stupid to make complains.
