FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCEIn Portugal it is not uncommon to have bad service, workers not turning up, or just not finishing work at all.... I am happy to say, even though we ordered from the internet, i was very sceptical, however it turned out to be probably the best experience we have had during our new build project. Within two days of placing the order we had a phone call confirming a delivery date and booking a day for installation. Within a week they turned up to do the install. this was completed within 2 days, and they drove from Lisbon. There was a problem with the preinstallation, which was not their fault, they re routed pipes, then one unit that was fitted, they were not happy with, as it was not silent enough ! they ordered a new unit, this was on a Friday, Monday turned up with it and replaced the other faulty one. The engineers were an absolute pleasure, polite neat and tidy, and we were even given some wine as a gift for being patient. JUST AMAZING, can not recommend them highly enough.
