Quite a lot to say about these guys. Let’s start with the good stuff first:1. Our things arrived fine and so far I have not seen anything broken. On that regard, the company was very good.2. They managed to take all our stuff in about 2 hours. They were really hard working.3. In the trip to Spain, they kept informing us by sending us live location and pictures in order to keep us at peace.In terms of the bad stuff:1. They did very little due diligence to understand our space needs. Only when we texted them one day before (in order to confirm the move), did they ask for some inventory of our things.2.They arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes late on the day of the move.3. They came with a much smaller van than we asked for. That made them have to go back to Montijo for a bicycle rack (we had informed them about our bicycles beforehand), which delayed us all 1 extra hour. In fairness everything fit in the van, but it was unnecessary.4. They were unclear about timings and procedures. We had agreed they would deliver our stuff a day later but in the end it happened a day before. We had to rush after landing on the same day to meet them. That made us change our plans with the storage unit we were using as we had to reschedule with them.5. Since they had to go back to Lisbon on the day they offloaded our stuff, they placed it rather hastily, not paying too much attention to what was fragile and not.Overall, we have been happy with the service, although it was not cheap (we had to pack everything ourselves). The team were professional and worked hard but they were unclear on their messaging and made us change our plans in a moment that was stressful enough.
